Shipping Your Online Order

Stock orders will take approximately 5-10 days to reach a customer after the order is placed.  Any out of stock items may take 8-10 weeks for delivery.  All backorders will be shipped unless cancelled IN WRITING. Back orders will be shipped on the same terms as the original order.


We ship anywhere in the United States.  Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are subject to actual shipping charges.


Payment Information

All credit cards are charged at the time of purchase. A credit card number must be supplied at the time of order with expiration date, name on the card, and statement address. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express only. Please note that the policies of this website are clearly disclosed. Upon ordering from this website, customers agree to all policies.  We are proactive with our policies in hopes of eliminating any confusion or dissatisfaction with your purchase.


Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of the item(s) when it reaches your home or place of business you will be charged for all shipping charges.  You will also be charged a restocking fee of 25%.  This does not apply to refusal of damaged products.


Damage or Shortage Policy 

We strongly recommend that you open and inspect every package immediately upon delivery.  Failing to take this precautionary step may cause unnecessary delays or negate our ability to assist you should an item be missing or damaged.  If you do not inspect each package Fortunata, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any claims you make regarding damaged or missing items.


Defective of Damaged Goods Deadline

No returns due to defective or damaged goods can be authorized if you have been receipt of the item(s) more than 5 days from delivery.  Freight company delivery records will be utilized to determine date and time of receipt.  For all damages please contact Customer Service at (404)351-1096 Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST.


Return Policy

Fortunata values each customer and is committed to the integrity of our products.  If any questions or concerns arise regarding a Fortunata product please do not hesitate to contact us directly.  The return of an order will result in a handling charge of 20%. A merchandise credit will not be issued for returns without a receipt.  All returns must be in resalable condition with original packaging.  All sale items are final.  Refunds are for merchandise only. 

We recommend using a professional packing service for returned merchandise. Fortunata is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. All items must be packed sufficiently and insured to receive full credit on the return.  Please allow up to ten business days to receive and process your return.
